Men’s Palace, Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30‑day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at menspalace02@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Socks, durags, headbands, and other personal‑use items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request an exchange. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item or use your issued store credit.
Store Credit (No Refunds)
Men’s Palace does not offer refunds. If your return is approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
