We aim to process and ship all orders quickly and reliably. Please review the details below to understand how shipping works at Men’s Palace.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Men’s Palace does not cover or reimburse shipping fees for any reason, including returns or exchanges.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Domestic Shipping Only

Men’s Palace does not ship internationally. We currently ship within the United States only.


Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

Please note that carrier delays are outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Men’s Palace is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed shipments

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


Shipping for Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, as well as the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at menspalace02@gmail.com We will review the issue and provide next steps.
